Welcome to GLOW MEDSPA, an independent medical aesthetics clinic led by Alison Jappy, a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for helping individuals enhance their natural beauty.
Ally graduated from the University of Stirling in 2016 and has been dedicated to the field of medical aesthetics since 2017. Her journey into aesthetics stems from her desire to combine her medical expertise with an artistic approach to helping people feel confident in their own skin. Ally’s commitment to excellence is evident in her extensive qualifications and leadership within the industry. She is proud to serve as the Regional Leader for the North of Scotland for the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN), where she supports and mentors fellow practitioners in delivering the highest standards of care.
A member of The Aesthetics Complications Expert Group and The British Dermatological Nursing Group, Ally remains at the forefront of advancements in aesthetic medicine. Her qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate with Merit in Advanced Practice from the University of Stirling and an Independent Prescribing Qualification completed with the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI). Ally has also trained extensively with some of the leading experts in aesthetics, ensuring her patients benefit from the safest and most effective treatments.
Ally’s approach is rooted in personalised care, focusing on understanding each patient’s unique goals and providing tailored treatment plans that prioritise natural, subtle results. She believes that aesthetics is a blend of skill, science, and artistry and takes great pride in delivering treatments that enhance confidence while preserving individuality.
